BCBS AZ Medicare Product Training – Tucson

This meeting will cover compliance and product training for BCBSAZ Medicare Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage (MAPD)/ Medicare Rx (PDP). The meeting is REQUIRED as part of your 2020 certification process. After attending the meeting, agents certifying for MAPD and/or PDP must log in to the BCBSAZ Online Training Center to complete the remaining modules and exam(s) to be considered 2020 certified.
